Frank Paull Real Estate Pty Ltd, now trading as Speechley First National Real Estate,  was established in Windsor in 1977 and since then has provided a friendly, reliable and professional real estate service for Hawkesbury residents.

In 1991, we joined one of Australia's largest real estate groups, First National, with a referral network of nearly 500 offices across the country. Our staff of 4 at that time grew to a edicated team of 14, requiring a move to larger premises in 1996 and in 2005 we again relocated to larger premises in South Windsor.

Speechley First National Real Estate is active in all sectors of the real estate market, including rural, commercial and industrial. We have sold many properties, including large tracts of land for subdivision and development blocks for villas, on behalf of private owners, various government departments and large corporations.

A milestone in our development was being appointed by the Defence Housing Authority to market 480 properties in Hobartville (Richmond, NSW), with all properties being sold within the specified 4 year period.

Through extensive training and development, technology, local knowledge  and experience, our team can attend to any real state need, quickly and without hassels. As a result of our dedication to training, procedures and customer service, we are accredited with the "Best Practice Gold Award" and are past winners of the Hawksbury Business Awards "Outstanding Real Estate Agency" and have also been a finalist on other occassions.

Speechley First National Real Estate is owned and operated by Brian Speechley and Nanette Mason. Brian has been in the local real estate field since 1985 and Nanette since 1995.
